With the submission of this “Perspective Block” ("the “Work”), I agree to transfer all rights in and to the Work, including copyright and those pertaining to electronic transmission and delivery, exclusively to Fred Thomas (dba Nonanic Publishing) (the "Publisher") on a worldwide basis in all languages for print publication and/or electronic publication on the Internet or otherwise.
I warrant that the Work is an original creation of the Author.
I warrant that the Work contains no matter that is scandalous, slanderous, libelous, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise contrary to law; and neither the Work nor the title infringes upon any statutory copyright, common-law literary right, trademark, or proprietary right of any third party.
